“I’ve been an athlete all my life, it’s what I do. I compete in marathons, duathlons and triathlons in the handcycle division. To me racing handcycles is a year round commitment. Diet, weight training and overall mental focus are key. I’m also in a wheelchair due to a diving accident. It has never has slowed me down! I give 150% EVERYDAY. I train hard, and I train long, one crank at a time. That’s right; with just my arms. I race all over the country showing everyone that with determination and intense training, you can do anything!"
